Warranty and return policy
How long is the warranty period on the goods that i have ordered?
We provide a 1-year warranty on goods unless otherwise stated. This applies to material and manufacturing defects and provided that the product has been subjected to normal wear and tear. Repair guarantee is primarily applied to defective goods. Replacement guarantee gives, in the event of a defective product, new parts or a new product during the warranty period. In the event of technical problems with certain items, you may be referred directly to third party companies for more detailed support. Technical support and documentation can be in English.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL AS A PRIVATE PERSON
The Consumer Protection Act for distance contracts and home sales contracts (2005:59) states that consumers in certain cases have the right to withdraw from a purchase by submitting or sending a notice to Cryptsec within 14 days (or where applicable within 7 working days) from that date the consumer received the product or a substantial part of it. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to computer programs or other software where the sealing has been broken. Sealing also refers to technical sealing (eg serial number). When you have regretted the purchase, you will receive your money back as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days of receipt. The right of withdrawal does not apply to companies.
To utilize the right of withdrawal, the product must be in essentially unchanged condition and sent/returned to us together with the original packaging. Remember that you are responsible if the product is damaged when it is shipped back to us. Therefore, make sure that the product is well packaged. The original packaging with the specially made inner packaging helps the product to stay firmly during transport. When returning, we recommend that you use a transport packaging in order to provide extra protection for the product. The product must be complete, which means that all accessories such as remote control, instructions for use, batteries, etc. must be present at the return. To return an item, contact our customer service.
For goods where the right of withdrawal has expired, CryptSec accepts a return against full refund of the purchase price for up to 60 days after the invoice date. To invoke open purchase, the product must not be opened, used or destroyed. Open purchases only applies to consumers (private individuals), not corporate customers.
Full RIGHT TO return for companies
In case of any returns, contact our customer service within 14 days. We offer a full right of return within 30 days provided that the product and packaging are in original condition, unused and not damaged. The right of return does not apply to discounted goods or goods that are included in promotional offers, goods that have been removed from the original packaging, computer programs or audio and video recordings when the seal/sealing has been broken. Sealing also refers to technical sealing (eg serial number). The right of return also does not apply to goods that have been manufactured according to your specifications or that have been adapted to your wishes.
Once the item has been received and the return has been approved by us, we will credit your account. When returning without contact with our customer service, you as the sender are responsible for any costs and losses. Cryptsec does not redeem packages against cash on delivery.
